Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong IT/software domain knowledge to act as a bridge between clients and the technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing requirement documents, understanding complex workflows, and ensuring smooth project execution in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation.
  • Create and maintain flow charts, process flows, and system diagrams to visualize requirements effectively.
  • Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Engage with clients to ensure smooth communication, requirement clarification, and timely updates.
  • Track and validate project deliverables from requirement gathering to successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects (mandatory).
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to collaborate with development teams.
  • Proven expertise in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of workflows, process modeling, and system diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Involvement in at least one live project from requirement gathering to delivery.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Domain advantage: Experience in food ordering/restaurant technology projects is a plus.
