Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are gathered, documented, and translated into functional solutions. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects by supporting requirement analysis, documentation, and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories).
  • Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical/development teams.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Support project planning, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams in preparing test cases and validating requirements.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure business needs are met.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare user manuals, training documents, and other project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC
    and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Figma, or similar
