Position: Business Analyst

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in system architecture/design.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, , and wireframing tools like Figma/Balsamiq.
  • Knowledge of database structures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing discussions and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed system architecture and design documents.
  • Design logical, scalable, and secure architectures for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to ensure architecture aligns with functional goals.
  • Create wireframes, workflows, data flow diagrams, and system integration maps.
  • Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding.
  • Oversee system specifications, API documentation, and integration planning.
  • Support QA and development teams during implementation and post-deployment validation.
  • Recommend technical improvements and system enhancements.
