Job Summary
This is a dynamic role for an ambitious accountant who can take charge of managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial statements and records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to meet regulatory compliance.
- Support the management team with budgeting, financial analysis, and MIS reports.
- Analyse financial data, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
- Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an added advantage.
