Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project progress against milestones and timelines
  • Collecting, verifying, and consolidating project data to prepare comprehensive status reports for internal stakeholders
  • Conducting site visits to validate project information accuracy and provide updates to the team

Data management and documentation are also critical aspects of this role, including:

  • Maintaining thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, reports, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents
  • Updating and managing the project monitoring database for accessibility
  • Supporting report preparation and due diligence documentation as required

Effective coordination and communication are essential skills for this position, including:

  • Engaging with project management consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders for accurate project information
  • Scheduling and coordinating review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
  • Fostering clear communication to identify and escalate potential issues, risks, and delays

Risk and compliance monitoring are also important aspects of this role, including:

  • Identifying risks related to project execution and flagging deviations from agreed terms or timelines
  • Participating in risk assessment processes and tracking mitigation actions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in construction management. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction is also required. Key skills include MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
