About Our Team

We are seeking an experienced financial operations professional to manage end-to-end financial processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities

  1. Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks.
  2. Maintain general ledger, balance statements, and profit-and-loss accounts.
  3. Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations and cash management reports.
  4. Process accounts payable and receivable; reconcile financial statements.
  5. Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance.
  6. Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  7. Assist with investor-related work such as issuing certificates of deposit.
  8. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  9. Review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
  10. Collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
  11. Prepare and file tax deductions and goods and services tax on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  12. Ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time.
  13. Identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
  14. Generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
  15. Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and reporting.
  16. Support multiple projects by processing payments, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, tax deductions, goods and services tax, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
