Financial Operations Manager

We seek an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activities of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and reconciliations.
- Process purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconcile vendor accounts in a timely manner.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconcile customer accounts accurately.
- Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties promptly.
- Perform general accrual accounting tasks, including journal entries and responding to requests from our external accounting firm.
- Monitor budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability and make recommendations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Online certification.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Inventory management tools (SKU Vault).
- Shipstation experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
