We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our organization.

The role will involve managing daily finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, and general ledger management.

  • Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
  • Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance.
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books/Finance.
  • Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR/AP, reconciliations, and book closure.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Zoho Books/Finance and Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Understanding of AR/AP and general ledger management.
