Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and forecasting.
  • Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental planning.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
  • Filing of GST returns and handling audits.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Filing of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and RBI.
  • Maintain accurate records for FEMA-related transactions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

Strategic Support:

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing results with plans and forecasts.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
