Job Overview

This key role ensures seamless data management, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure 100% accurate data collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading of all clients and policies in the portal on time.
  • Develop reports as per business requirements, creating them according to specific needs.
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools on large datasets.
  • Share monthly client data with insurers after QC and calculation.
  • Follow up with insurers for endorsement closure within stipulated timelines.
  • Create forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.
  • Prepare and present reports with specified issues, observations, or outcomes.
  • Monitor team performance, improve, and mentor staff.
  • Enhance client service and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create report specifications based on business needs.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree from any background, along with General Insurance certifications as an added advantage. They must possess at least 5-6 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, handling data management portals preferably 'SAIBA', and managing considerable-sized teams.

They should be proficient in MS-Office and possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
