Job Opportunity:

The position of Data Management Director is available to lead an offshore team responsible for Master Data, ensuring Service Level Agreement performance. The role requires coaching and developing team members for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes with the NoCC team for optimal efficiency.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely completion of financial and non-financial operations.
  • Manage training, routine maintenance, people development, and compliance activities.
  • Establish relationships between the GCC, business unit, and stakeholders.

Data Execution and Management:

  • Oversee Master Data team within agreed timescales and quality level.
  • Conduct quality checks on master data setup to rectify infractions before impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Implement end-to-end process management for master data to maximize efficiency.
  • Promote project initiatives through active participation.

Management Activities:

  • Compliance target management for MICS / Risk Management / Audit.
  • Backup planning and review.
  • Maintenance of Training Tracking Tool and creation of action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly updates.
  • Review and recommendation of workflow enhancements.
  • Routine management and communication flow.
  • Sharing best practices across the business.

People Development:

  • Ensure teamwork has necessary skills and resources.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Execute People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program.
