Job Title

A Technology Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of an offshore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets performance standards and aligns their work with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the offshore team, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordinate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Monitor and review the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality meets standards.
  • Generate and present regular reports on offshore team performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for offshore contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams. They will be familiar with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, experience handling a team size of 5-10.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Education: Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AI & ML.
