We are seeking a highly skilled PMS Analyst to join our team as a PMS Systems Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing various aspects of the PMS system and providing valuable insights to enhance its functionality. This includes:

  • Analyzing PMS data and other modules to identify areas for improvement and preparing documentation as required.
  • Documenting client requirements and analyzing gaps between user needs and module features to provide input to the development team.
  • Testing and validating functional aspects of developed modules and producing detailed reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A strong background in shipping management with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Shore experience in shipping management as a PMS coordinator/controller with a naval architecture or marine engineering background.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise computing needs in ship management companies.
  • Strong organizational skills, including project management and cost analysis.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Excellent typing and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Train shipboard personnel on Jibe usage and provide backup support.
  • Offer remote assistance to vessels and offices for Jibe and related module issues.
