Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive system support for treasury management systems.

This role requires both technical expertise and analytical capabilities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end system support, troubleshooting and fix issues in real-time.
  • Maintain data integrity within financial applications.
  • Author and optimize database queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Work with technologies for data integration and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Support integration points between financial systems.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track support requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in system support and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in database concepts and query authoring.
  • Proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database and familiarity with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies.
  • Knowledge of treasury processes and experience working with bank statement and cashflow interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) and Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements for financial systems.
  • Experience working with FIS support tools including the FIS ticketing system.
