Job Title: Telemarketing Specialist



Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our sales team at Hellowork Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the water and waste water segment of various sectors.





  • Conduct data research and generate enquiries in the water and waste water segment of various sectors, including hospitality, residential, commercial buildings, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, paints industry, healthcare industry, food and beverage industry, liquor industry, automotive industry, chemical industry, oil and power refinery industry, and FMCG industries.




  • Make cold calls to clients to generate enquiries and understand their needs.




  • Mailing the company profile and introduction email to clients to create enquiries.




  • Fixing appointments with clients and informing the senior team once the appointment has been fixed.




  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for the dispatch and material stock on products.




  • Work closely with customers to identify their water and waste water treatment, environmental, and business needs.




  • Develop new opportunities through lead generation, relationship building, networking, and cold calling.




  • Follow up consistently on projects in the pipeline and deliver accurate client/project status reports on demand to the management team.




  • Coordinate with clients for payment on successfully delivered or completed jobs.




  • Search for vendors as per the requirements of materials from clients.




  • Explain customers over the telephone of the products and services offered by the company and understand their specifications of requirements.




  • Taking and processing of product orders in a professional manner.




  • Maintain the database of customers on a regular basis.





Requirements:





  • High school diploma or B.Com equivalent.




  • Work experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or a similar role in the sales department for 1 to 3 years.




  • Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.




  • Great interpersonal skills.




  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.




  • Strong organizational skills.




  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.




  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.




  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
