Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicate product or service offerings.
  2. Identify and qualify leads through proactive engagement and follow-up calls.
  3. Provide information about products/services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interaction in the database.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
  7. Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication.
  8. Generate reports on all activities, leads, and conversions for regular performance evaluation.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Stay abreast of market developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
  2. Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry for maintaining accurate records.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  7. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Adaptability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  9. Basic knowledge of the products/services being offered.
  10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
