Customer Engagement Specialist

Abisol Aqua is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in a Telecaller role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicate product or service offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive engagement and follow-up calls.
- Provide information about products/services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interaction in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication.
- Generate reports on all activities, leads, and conversions for regular performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of market developments and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of the products/services being offered.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
