Customer Engagement Specialist

Nettakallappa Aquatic Centre is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Executive.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. They will also be involved in organizing meetings and conference calls, receiving mail, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients and other guests of the organization
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling caller inquiries
- Assisting in organizing meetings and conference calls
- Receiving mail and arranging dispatch
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Providing administrative support to the team as required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Professional Services industry
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and ability to handle phone calls in a positive and professional manner
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with numerical data
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment
- Strong networker and relationship builder
