Senior Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical project management team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical system design concepts and be able to manage vendors from kick-off meetings to project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the basic design concept of electrical systems, including low & medium voltage distribution for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Study BOQs and tenders, providing comments for vendor finalization.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, resource management, schedule management, and senior management requirements.
  • Resolve site issues through stakeholder coordination with civil, finishing, structural, architectural, consulting, BMC, electrical inspector, customer, sales team, contract team, design, safety, and quality teams.
  • Communicate effectively with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC, and MPCB when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of electrical system design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
