  • Partnerships and influence: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and drive ambitious goals.
  • Results-driven leadership: Monitor and report on KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Talent development: Mentor recruiters, instill a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and foster a culture of excellence in TA.
