Project Manager Civil

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Management Information System (MIS) Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, and design and develop MIS systems to support business operations.
  • Project Scheduling and Tracking: Plan, coordinate, and control project schedules, including setting deadlines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders: Foster effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Tender and Estimation Management: Prepare and manage tenders, estimates, and proposals to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Contracts and Cash Flow Analysis: Negotiate and administer contracts, and analyze cash flow to ensure timely payments and optimal financial performance.
  • Resource Management and Budgeting: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, and develop and manage project budgets.
  • Management Information System Preparations: Design and develop management information systems to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Work Break-down Structure of Project Charter: Develop work break-down structures for project charters to ensure clear and achievable project objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of project management software, including MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, ERP, and FIDIC.
