Job Summary

BNI seeks a seasoned financial leader to oversee the financial health and strategic financial management of a specific geographical region within the organization.

About the Role :

  • Develop and implement financial planning processes for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and assess financial risks within the region and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports for the region.
  • Communicate financial performance and key metrics to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute regional financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and advise on potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions within the region.
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency.
  • Work with department heads to ensure proper utilization of financial resources.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow within the region to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Implement effective treasury management practices.
  • Lead a high-performing regional finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and auditors.

Minimum Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CGMA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Leader, preferably with regional or multi-national responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of APAC regional financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
