Regional Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our BFSI & Healthcare division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, financial services, and healthcare, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the division's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's 5-year growth plan
* Set the division's operational strategy, including project prioritization, financial goals, and long-term planning
* Ensure compliance with RBI, IRDA, HIPAA, SEBI, and international banking and insurance standards
* Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered solutions for banking, insurance, and healthcare clients
* Establish partnerships with industry leaders, government bodies, and technology vendors to drive business growth
Requirements:
* Master's degree in finance, healthcare administration, business management, or related fields
* IRDA accreditation
* 20+ years of experience in BFSI and/or healthcare leadership roles
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop senior leaders across multiple regions
* Proven ability to design and implement effective business strategies aligned with corporate goals
* Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and revenue cycle management
