Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Analyze division-wise and general ledger (GL) administrative overhead expenses, identifying deviations against budget.
  • Reporting: Generate month-wise and consolidated reports of sales & production, including product mix and plant-wise net sales realization (NSR) reports.
  • Budgeting: Upload budgets in SAP, transfer budgets between fund centers as required, and prepare warranty schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare inventory reports, highlighting issues related to material accounting system operating procedures (MASOP) inventory and vehicle reconciliation.
  • Cost Accounting: Prepare cost records as per Cost Accounting Standards & Generally Accepted Cost Accounting Principles.
  • Business Analysis: Calculate conversion rates for various shops, identify reasons for variance between budget and actuals, and provide inputs to statutory audit, cost audit, tax audit, and other agencies.
  • Digitalization: Customize SAP reports to support digitalization goals and develop Power BI dashboards for management reviews.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
