Recruit User Acquisition Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create performance reports to communicate results effectively with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure accurate attribution and report generation.
  • Mentor junior team members in campaign strategies and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership drive.
  • Excellent analytical skills and metrics-driven experience.
  • Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and user acquisition KPIs.
  • Ability to optimize budgets for desired results.
  • Effective communication of data insights.
  • Understanding of ad formats and brief design teams for performance-driven assets.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with user acquisition techniques and strategy.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance.
