**Job Overview:**

FRND is a rapidly growing social platform aiming to redefine online interactions by creating safe, inclusive, and fun experiences for users across India, LATAM, and MENA.

As a Content and Community Associate, you will play a vital role in shaping user experiences and driving engagement on the platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with users, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for users, handling day-to-day communication effectively.
  • Scale daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Implement strategies for upskilling and monetizing matchmakers, content creators, and moderators to ensure long-term engagement and success.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay updated with new social media trends, insights, and best practices to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any of the Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, along with proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
