We are seeking a skilled and motivated Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
- Clearly explain company offerings to prospective customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track follow-ups for potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting software.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
