Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager/ Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with customers to design their organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

  • Preparation of implementation plans, defining roles of responsible parties, and introduction of appropriate health management vendors is essential.
  • Designing and planning every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including employee communication, is critical.
  • The launch of the health risk management programs will be supervised, ensuring seamless execution.
  • The operation of all health risk management projects will be supervised, and adjustments made as necessary in design or vendors.
  • Multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements will be led and managed by this individual.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable business school.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in the general insurance industry.
  • The ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients is required.
  • Corporate relationship management/business solution provider with a service background is preferred.
  • Domain knowledge, especially in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance, is necessary.

Required skills include:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
