Internal Audit Professional

As a seasoned Risk Management professional, you would be responsible for conducting business process reviews, designing and implementing control frameworks, assessing risks, and validating key risk areas. You will also contribute to the development of strategic audit plans, provide guidance on audit scope and work programs, support fieldwork teams, and review team members' work.

Candidates should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage internal audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector. They should also be able to develop risk-based audit plans, prepare audit scope and work programs, support fieldwork teams, and review team members' work.

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Communicate audit findings and results to stakeholders, including senior management and client management.

Key skills include managing teams, performing independent reviews, interacting with all levels of client management, handling deadlines with flexibility and professionalism, and good oral/written communication skills.

Experience: 3-6 years. Qualifications: CA/MBA/Any Graduate. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing risk areas is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct thorough audits and develop practical recommendations.
