Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and validating risk measurement models for credit, market, and liquidity risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Market Risk Concepts and metrics, including VaR/Value at Risk, Risk Sensitivities, FRTB, IRRB, and Market Risk Quant. You will also have experience with Basel, SAS, Reg Reporting, and System implementation.

A key aspect of this role is stakeholder management and query handling. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and validating risk measurement models for credit, market, and liquidity risk.
  • Establishing frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance (Basel, LIBOR transition, Risk Based Supervision, IFRS9, IFRS17 etc.).
  • Implementing regulatory change programs.
  • Designing and implementing capital management strategies and tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Market Risk Concepts and metrics.
  • Experience with Basel, SAS, Reg Reporting, and System implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
