Key Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Business Management Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business committee and platform/control oversight meetings.
  • Manage EAM/Introducer payment processes in coordination with operations and RMs.
  • Handle business-as-usual tasks including post-trip monitoring, post-trade reviews, and suitability checks.
  • Track and report Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours for licensed staff.
  • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of capital market products and asset classes.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to manage high-volume deliverables across multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Wealth Management.
  • Background in strategic roles is an added advantage.
