HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support our organizational goals.
  • Responsibilities will include managing employee data, administering payroll, and ensuring adherence to local employment laws and regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-13 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global company or SaaS/digital consulting environment.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, HR administration, and HR business partner roles.
  • Familiarity with high-volume recruiting and external service providers.
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and payroll experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in MS Office and HR software (Workday preferred).
