Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Welcome Clients: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain Office Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements:

To be successful as an Administrative Support Officer, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a professional attitude and appearance. Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
