Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a User Acquisition Manager.

This role involves overseeing the setup and optimization of campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, tracking, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, uploading new creative assets to the content library, and developing performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games, with a proven track record of team leadership and data analysis skills. They should possess excellent knowledge of tracking technologies and experience working with metrics-driven tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze data from attribution platforms, present results, and optimize available budgets. A strong understanding of ad creative formats, organization skills, and math aptitude are essential. A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and passion for staying up-to-date with user acquisition techniques is required.

This role requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance, and the ability to communicate results effectively to partners and stakeholders.
