**Overview**: As the Digital Marketing Strategist for our retail chain of flower shops, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to promote our brand, increase online visibility, and drive sales through various digital channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Online Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc., to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Content Marketing: Create engaging and relevant content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital channels to attract and retain customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) by creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and leveraging social media advertising opportunities.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
