Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing large-scale campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and creative teams, to improve ad performance and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continually refine targeting, bidding, and budget allocations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in lead generation for B2C brands.
- A deep understanding of the Meta ad ecosystem, including Ads Manager, attribution, pixels, and APIs.
- The ability to handle large budgets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of GA4 and analytics tools.
- A high level of creativity and experimentation bias to drive innovation and improvement.
