Job Title: Retail Sales Officer">

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with consumers, providing exceptional support from arrival to departure.

Active listening is crucial in avoiding miscommunication; offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Maintain a visually appealing display of jewelry and products, enticing customers to explore our offerings.

Demonstrate services and products, educating customers on what we have to offer.

Provide customers with necessary product information, including pricing breakdowns and details about the item.

Showcase product usage and operation, ensuring seamless customer experience.

Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budget, advising on which jewelry will complement them best.

Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases, creating a positive unboxing experience.

Collect customer data, generating a unique customer code for future interactions.

Facilitate smooth payment processing, making it easy for customers to complete transactions.

Manage store inventory, updating records in the software system as needed.

Take ownership of assigned counters, reporting daily activities to the Store Manager.

Ongoing responsibilities include adhering to customer satisfaction standards and following company policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma or equivalent in any field.

Familiarity with customer service principles and processes.

Understanding of sales principles.

Relevant product knowledge.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Effective communication skills in multiple languages.
