We are seeking an experienced caller to handle high-value clients.

Linc Limited is a leading organization that offers premium products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively calling prospective clients from provided leads and directories.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals using a polished, professional tone.
  • Clearly communicating the value of our products and offerings.
  • Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.
  • Maintaining and updating call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Handling basic client queries and routing complex concerns appropriately.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
