Job Title: Executive PMO

The role of the Executive PMO is to oversee the effective execution of operational matters. This includes managing project execution-related activities, such as invoicing, contract renewals, Statement of Work (SOW) exercises, timesheet management, and hardware/firmware/software management.

  • Operational Management:
  1. Invoice and Contract Renewal Management:

Manage the process of generating invoices and coordinating contract renewals to ensure timely payment from clients.

SOW Exercises:

Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct SOW exercises that align with project objectives and meet client requirements.

Timesheet Management:

Oversee the accurate recording and reporting of work hours to ensure compliance with client agreements and optimize resource utilization.

Hardware/Firmware/Software Management:

Ensure the maintenance, upgrade, and disposal of hardware, firmware, and software assets to support business operations.
Requirements:Tech Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in Project Management or related field
  • Previous experience working with IT services companies a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Dashboards: Track and maintain dashboards with high accuracy
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish MOMs and status reports
  • Point of Contact: Serve as primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Business Decision-Making: Drive and support business decisions and compliance
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
