Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with cross-functional teams to provide a fulfilling experience to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage
  • Handle customer data import/export from production systems
  • Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Collaborate with the development team to create high-quality product content for internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate reports from multiple systems

About You

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in product customer support
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • An analytical mind and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
  • Good documentation skills
  • Keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS
  • Proficiency in issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA
  • Knowledge of scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Perl
