Cloud Storage Innovator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Storage Innovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in storage, filesystem, or virtualization development using C/C++ programming on Linux.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud storage features on Linux using C/C++.
  • Work on Linux kernel modules and system internals for high-performance cloud storage solutions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex system issues using advanced tools such as GDB, strace, perf, fio, iostat, blktrace.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions to validate new ideas and concepts in cloud storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and resolve technical challenges in cloud storage.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and Linux kernel development.
  • Expertise in storage, filesystem, or virtualization development on Linux.
  • Solid understanding of OS internals (filesystems, I/O, device drivers, memory management) for cloud storage.
  • Experience with POSIX APIs and Linux system calls for high-performance cloud storage solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex system issues in cloud storage.
Preferred Skills:
  • Skilled in multi-threading, concurrency, and IPC for high-performance cloud storage solutions.
  • Proven ability to optimize for I/O performance and reliability in cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.
