Job Description

CirrusLabs, a pioneering digital transformation company, seeks an expert to lead Workday integrations. As a Technical Consultant, you will drive innovation and deliver value to our customers.

The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.

  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
  • Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.

Staying updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices is essential for this role.
