Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to fill this key role.

  • This role is responsible for planning and prioritizing work, assisting the lead in providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collating and reporting status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • The consultant will lead/manage small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist the team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Develop complex configurations for clients and leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
Key Responsibilities:Project Management

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

  • Familiarity with Workday systems
Functional Skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Understanding of payroll and benefits administration
Educational Background and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Workday Professional)
