Expert Workday Integration Specialist

This is a 6+ month contract position with potential for extension, working remotely from India. The successful candidate will join our global team, collaborating with US and Indian teammates through weekly meetings.

We are seeking an experienced Expert in Workday Integration to design, develop, and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Workday Connectors, and other integration tools. You will connect Workday with internal and external systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

  • Design and implement advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain Workday dashboards.
  • Optimize existing integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.

You will provide expertise on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Develop documentation, including report specifications, processes, and user guides.

This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
