We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in Product Management, functional consulting, or business operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and Product Management to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
