JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales funnel for partners to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Design 12 to 15 projects monthly.
  • Oversee work output of partner and team for 5 stores.
  • Assist in hiring IDs through technical interviews.
  • Train designers for predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
  • Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
  • Manage site delivery teams and their delegated responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and Project Management/Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience adopting digital initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work independently.

Expertise and Qualifications:

As a business manager, you will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of projects.
