Strategic Business Leader

The primary function of this role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of new business issuances. This includes managing workflow, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that key performance indicators are met.
- Manage daily work in progress (WIP) to meet monthly targets
- Drive WIP clearance through collaboration with team members
- Foster open communication with internal departments to promote a culture of transparency and efficiency
This position is responsible for data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to deliver insightful reports to inform business decisions.
- Analyze business parameters and develop actionable recommendations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics
In addition to core responsibilities, this role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage teams effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Desired qualifications include:
- A degree in Management or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in relationship management and operations management
- Sound knowledge of Bancassurance or Banking Operations Model
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
