Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Sustain Business Growth:

  • Responsible for achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
  • Responsible for sustainable Profitability.
  • Ensure the hygiene of operations and quality control measures are in place.

Leadership:

  • Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Coach and guide to cross-sell and grow the business.
  • Make individual agents grow at least 20% every year.

Business Development:

  • Recruitment and retention of agents.
  • Activation and growth of new business opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.

Quality Assurance:

  • Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.

Stakeholder Interfaces:

  • External Stakeholders: Agents, Broker.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company/business line in Retail Sales.

Education:

  • Any Graduation.
