About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced IAM consultant to lead user access review processes.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Design and configure user access review campaigns, including defining review scopes and selecting reviewers.
  • Customize access review workflows to align with clients' organizational structure and business processes.
  • Configure automated access certification campaigns to streamline the review process.
  • Provide guidance and training to client administrators on managing access review campaigns.
  • Monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to user access review processes.
  • Stay current with product updates and industry trends in access governance and compliance.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to showcase the capabilities of our access review solution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience implementing user access review processes using IAM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns and access certification workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
