Job Description

As a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A good understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills

This role requires gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement. The focus is on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across the bank's applications.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with team members in Malaysia and Chennai, while engaging with application teams across the bank globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on IT Information Security
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews
  • Experience in user access administration model on various Applications
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Good (Intermediate) understanding Agile methodology
  • Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders
  • Good experience in managing application & infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management
  • Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management
