Job Opportunity: Senior IdentityIQ Engineer

Are you a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IIQ solutions? Do you have a strong understanding of enterprise-wide identity governance and compliance?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across the enterprise. This includes developing and configuring connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to defining IAM requirements and translating them into IIQ solutions. Experience in integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, and HR systems, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across the enterprise.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems).
  • Implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Optimize and troubleshoot IIQ configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3-5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ modules (Provisioning, Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, Identity Warehouse).
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience integrating IIQ with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, cloud apps).
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
